This is a 2-day, 6-hour total, Instructor-Led Webinar or Workshop. The emphasis is the terminology used by the experts in DUI cases.

DUIs are one of the charges that are most challenged in Courts all around the country. Phlebotomists, Law Enforcement Officers, Drug Recognition Experts, and Forensic Toxicologists are constantly called to testify in DUI Trials. These cases can be challenging for Interpreters, who must master the terminology, not just in English, but also in Spanish. Terms such as horizontal nystagmus, retrograde extrapolation, or immunoassay screening, are just an example. We believe that by using the terms repeatedly in different contexts, we can easily memorize them. We do this by using videos, professionally recorded audio, and different forms from actual DUI cases.
